The Empowerment Fellowship Program or EFP is an Information Technology (IT) professional education and training platform where the participant gains real world experience in the field of IT and Cybersecurity. The Fellow as we call the participant receives hands on and on-the-job training from our IT professionals on staff. EFP is a 40-week rigorous program where the Fellow earns an industry level IT certification enabling the individual to be an IT employment ready professional. Many of the Fellows have gone on to work for the Government (Local, State, and Federal), private industry and medical.
