The teenage years can be a wild ride with some of the most memorable but challenging moments. On this journey, the best medicine can sometimes be spending time with like-minded people who are sharing similar experiences. Please join Tiffany Purtell in cultivating an intentional space for this to happen. This group is intended to be a place where teens can gather with one another and connect with those walking through a similar stage in the journey of being human. It is an opportunity to build community and enjoy mindful and creative time together in a judgement-free environment. We will always begin the evening with a brief contemplative practice such as meditation, intentional breathing, guided relaxation, etc. We will then explore different creative topics and activities such as making art to take home, learning how to dream journal, and practicing ways to connect with intuition. At the end of our evening together, we will spend time freely chatting with herbal tea to share. During this week's gathering, we will be making magazine collages as our creative activity. Supplies will be provided. (This event is intended to become a recurring meet-up). Event cost: Love-donation based! Contribute what you can, if you can. (Suggested donation: $10-20) ******All are welcomed and none will be turned away for not having a donation to contribute.
