We are seeking someone who worked as GC building houses professionally.
This candidate should be able to hire subs negotiate prices have a schedule and finish by deadlines.
This candidate must know everything about everything in building phases.
Must be able to read plans, inspect job sites, schedule crews, order and check materials etc.
Truck, cell phone and gas card will be provided
