Homeschooling parents know that one of the best parts about homeschooling is getting to do it all together. That's why we love Mail Mondays: A weekly tradition where we create and send off our kids' handmade creations (maybe including drawings), get packages back containing childhood memories--and spend this moment appreciating how much has changed since those days. It's a chance for them to know that their work can travel near or far to chosen people that they'd like to write. Children need spaces that they can benefit from peers and parents, we need support in every way. Mail Monday is our perfect opportunity for Columbus, Ohio's homeschooling families to come together! Your child can't write? They can speak! As parents we can be their partners in learning. With our handwriting skills we can help them become the writers their big hearts long to be. As a recipient of children's letters, I do love to see artwork! And wordless books say more than a thousand words! Don't miss this opportunity to learn how to support your children's growth with other parents. All ages welcome. You can mail your letter on your own or leave it with us to send out! We like to hang out a bit then have lunch at 4th & State or Lifestyle Cafe afterwards. Your donation goes towards the resources & supplies to provide our kids with all that they need for their expansive imaginations. 1 ticket per child! Gives us a good head count. You can expect:- Supplies such as envelopes, stamps, pencils, markers, crayons, glue, tape, paper, sticky notes, scissors, funky & fun craft supplies.- Lasting impressions in your children's brains full of joy and creativity.- Ease knowing your homeschooling efforts are very well & you're supported.
