US Environmental is a small family-owned and operated company specializing in rental and sales of environmental equipment. We are looking for a Part-Time, Equipment Technician/Delivery Driver in our Waltham office who is a motivated problem-solver, detail oriented and eager to succeed! Our ideal candidate must be focused and enthusiastic to learn every aspect of our business, including applications and software, technical support and customer service. We provide PAID TRAINING on all aspects of our equipment and standard procedures which include:
*Cleaning and inspecting equipment for damages
*Delivering rented and sold equipment to our clients
*Calibrating and performing diagnostics on all equipment
*Preparing equipment for rental orders and package per manufacturers’ specifications including printing packing lists and calibration reports
*Providing technical support and training to clients via telephone, email and in person in all areas (water quality, air quality, soil, survey and telemetry)
*Communicating with supervisor regarding any damaged equipment
Qualifications & Requirements:
*High School diploma or GED
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based software
Preferred Skills:
*Experience with small electronics and/or environmental technology
*Enthusiasm to learn about environmental equipment and its applications
