Foreman / Superintendent with Transportation Must have experience in Leading and managing the on-site project team. Coordinating and overseeing all work on site. Attending production meetings. Creating the schedule and ensure projects are delivered successfully on time. Collaborate with the Client to define project needs. To provide on-site coordination for all phases of projects, including subcontractors, project team, work load, material and equipment. Shall be responsible for scheduling the work and assigning the project team to that project, according to the work load. Providing inspections for new work, determining the man hours and equipment. Providing quality control of on-going work, while maintaining job site safety. Essential Functions: • Schedule subcontractors work and ensure timely completion. •Must have own tools to complete all work- compressor, nail gun, miter saw, table saw etc... Must have 30 hour OSHA and other licenses; mold, lead, etc. • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. • Communicate with project team project the description of work provided and completion time. • Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work. must be reliable, have a good attitude, neat appearance, team player Responsible for the maintenance/ up keep of the trucks and equipment. • Coordinate required inspections with the Client for new projects, man hours and work duration. • Identify conflicts in project progress and communicate them to project team for resolution. • Maintain daily log (written) of activities and enforce sign-in sheet on the job site. • Perform Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously. MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE • Ensure project team has corrected all deficiencies identified by the Client. • Monitor & procure activities, company materials, equipment and vehicles. • Preside over project team meetings designed to coordinate, schedule and improve the work load. • Issue notices to project team persons that does not meet performance on the projects. • Ensure that the job site is restored kept clean after job completion. • Perform job completion punch list identification and notify client for sign off. • Assist in budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts. • Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions. • Keep updated record / inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment • Opening the job site at beginning of the day and ensuring closure of the job site at the end of the day. • Assist in hiring seasonal employees.
