General Laborer / Handyman CPS is looking for a hardworking, responsible, dedicated, smart laborers that can drive, to join our team. If hired, you’ll be an integral part of our crew, helping support various city projects. Here at CPS, we offer excellent pay and career advancement opportunities. You must be reliable, have a good attitude, smart worker (ability to assess a job), and team player. Your job is to provide: Clean up services: hazardous debris removal, DOA apartments, basements, fire damages restore, final construction cleanup, canopies, basement mold, Wax & Buff floors and always maintain equipment. You must complete all general cleaning, debris removal and maintenance work as requested. Must ensure that the job site is restored and kept clean after each job completion. Handyman: Install and replace floors, stairs, and vent doors as needed. Interior demolition, Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, demo cabinets and assembling materials etc. Must have your own tools. Must ensure that the job site is restored and kept clean after each job completion. General laborers that have NY licenses and can drive the company truck to/from project sites, will be compensated. QUALIFICATION: We are looking for experienced general laborers for commercial and residential projects. We are an aggressive company, that is building a certain brand.
