Hello! My name is Lucas Gilbert, I am born and raised in the capital region and have been immersed in food from a young age. I have been cooking professionally for the past 5 years, working at restaurants in the area such as Siro’s in Saratoga and Garden Bistro 24 in Slingerlands. I am currently attending SUNY Schenectady County Community College double majoring in Culinary arts and Hotel and Restaurant Management. I hope to continue to learn and expand my culinary knowledge as well as educate others on the art of cooking.
A $5 deposit reserves your spot. All attendees will receive a $5 gift card to the store. Please bring containers to take home your veggies. Gift cards will not be issued to those not in attendance on the day of the event and no refunds will be issued for attendee cancelations.
