Join us for this Mindfulness Group Meditation. We will be starting at 10 am and will be doing different types of meditation to allow you to find the one that fits you best. we will have singing bowls for sound healing meditation as well. Everyone is welcome and is free of charge but donation are greatly appreciated. we are hosting it at 8330 W Sahara ave #230 on November 19.
