Local management company seeking an experienced General Maintenance handyman for work at our multiple apartment complexes we manage. The ideal Maintenance handyman needs to have general knowledge in basic handyman services and fulfill general apartment prep work as well as maintenance work orders in relation to: Air Conditioning / HVAC, Flooring, painting, plumbing and electrical work. Candidate(s) must have your own work tools. Basic tools include Power drill, work saw, wrench, screwdriver(s), safety googles, work gloves and etc. Must have own transportation to and from as work will be at different apartment complexes during the week. The position is a Full Time job position (Mon-Fri) 9:00am-5:00pm. Salary is negotiable upon interview. Experienced applicants should apply. Contact us at
