Want to share your Thanksgiving holiday with a four-legged friend this year? Anna's Angels Dog Rescue based in Lumberton, TX is offering its short-term foster program during the holidays! Foster parents can pick them up beginning Tuesday, Nov. 22 or Wednesday, Nov. 23, foster them through the Thanksgiving holiday and drop them off Mon., Nov. 28. We will provide everything a foster parent needs to care for the dog, including food, toys, treats, a collar, and leash. Available in Lumberton and Beaumont surrounding areas. This program gives pets a break from a shelter environment and the opportunity to spend the holidays in a loving foster home. Foster homes give the shelter great insight into the animal's behavior and reduce the number of pets to care for during the holidays. Those interested in this program should complete a foster application found on our website and check out the pets needing foster homes.
