Cocktails start at 6:00pm with the first course served at 6:30pm. Cocktail Hour: enjoy a complimentary glass of Francis Ford Coppola Prosecco Rose as you arrive! First Course: Roasted Root Vegetable Cappuccino with Truffled Foam and Chive Flowers paired with Chapoutie Belleruche Cotes du Rhone Blanc. Second Course: Molasses “Slacked” Salmon, Peppered Rice Grits, Charred Corn, Smoked Maple Syrup, and Micro Arugula paired with Decoy Limited Pinot Noir. Third Course: Seared Beef Tenderloin, Oyster Mushrooms, Asparagus and Fennel Salad, Artichoke Dauphinoise Potatoes, Chervil and Shallot Veal Reduction paired with La Posta Fazio Malbec and Quilt Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. Fourth Course: Pear and Frangipane Tart paired with Chateau Romieu La Cost Sauternes. Wine available to purchase by the bottle at the conclusion of the event!
