Do you ever pass by some of the beautiful, historic homes in downtown Rockton during Christmastime and wonder if they are as gorgeous on the inside as they are on the outside? Here's your chance!
To cap off the 38th annual Rockton Christmas Walk weekend, three homeowners are generously opening their homes to the public for tours:
1. 316 N. Blackhawk Blvd.
2. 417 W. Chapel St.
3. 703 N. Green St.
Here's how it works: purchase your ticket(s) on Eventbrite or in person at DeeDee's Main Street Coffee during coffee shop hours at 101 W. Main St., Rockton, IL. Start at any of the three locations during the tour hours, 3-7 pm. Refreshments will be provided at each location. Visit one or all three at your leisure!
It is anticipated attendees will drive from each home to the next. As these are family homes, please be respectful of the neighborhoods and the home itself, and booties will be provided at each location. Eventbrite ticket purchasers will show their tickets at each location; in person ticket purchasers will be provided a wristband at time of purchase. Kids 12 and under are free with adult ticket holders.
A special thanks to Diana Weiser of DeeDee's Main Street Coffee for organizing the tour with the Village of Rockton and the Meichtry and Wagner families. All proceeds go to future downtown Rockton for the holidays.
