Established apartment community looking for maintenance technician for make ready and grounds. The perfect fit for our team would be a candidate who: Is prompt, professional, and friendly Is organized and pays attention to detail Can work successfully with little to no supervision, but can take direction as needed Has previous experience in construction, hotel/apartment or general maintenance. Is this you? If so, continue reading below! JOB DUTIES Apartment make ready- performing general maintenance on the apartment to get it ready for the incoming tenant in a timely manner. This may include moving appliances, installing receptacles and light fixtures, light plumbing, etc. Grounds- keep the grounds of the property maintained and beautified. Assist with other maintenance duties as needed. Rotate on call as needed. REQUIREMENTS Must have own basic tools. Must be able to operate hand and power tools. Must be able to lift 50-100 Lbs Must have own transportation SALARY $17+ DOE Available to start immediately.
