Description

Join us for a lovely outdoor practice of QiGong. We will meet at Wilson Park in Carrboro where the trail starts by the bathrooms and baseball field. Beginning at 3pm with a welcome and introduction to this style of qi gong (Spring Forest QiGong) and then about 20-30 minutes of practice and walking meditation (if we have time). We'll end with a closing circle. (In case of rain, we will switch to Zoom and the link will be sent to those who registered) All are welcome at whatever level of experience. Come as you are.
