Enjoy movement with your little one (4-week old infants to early crawlers). Stretch achy muscles and regain your core and pelvic floor strength. Your baby will delight in yoga poses to aid in digestion and sleep. You’ll love this fun connection time with other moms.
Please bring a yoga mat and baby blanket. You may wish to bring a water bottle. No previous yoga experience necessary.
**To ensure you get the most out of the class, please only one baby per adult.
