MONDAY THRU FRIDAY / PART-TIME /YEAR-ROUND Schedule: 7:30 am - 11:30 am Apply In Person - 1631 Mountain Hawk Drive, Myrtle Beach (just behind the TitleMax at 1627 Hwy 501, MB.) Looking for energetic, friendly and reliable person to clean and maintain our office facilities. The PORTER is responsible to clean interior office facilities and exterior areas of building grounds, maintain general orderliness in all areas and perform minor repairs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office areas, breakrooms, bathrooms, storage and exterior areas daily; Clean and sanitize bathrooms, entrances, and other frequently touched surfaces and areas several times daily; Ground maintenance including parking lot and tracking bays Create and maintain inventory of supplies for cleaning; Run errands on occasions such as to the post office and other similar tasks as directed QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Reliable and dependable; Able to understand and follow directions; Able to work independently; Able to work in all climate conditions and in dusty environment; Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly (trash and supplies); Able to climb and use ladders and step ladders safely; Able to bend at the waist, reach, sit, kneel, crouch, stoop, balance, push/pull, lay horizontally, walk, stand, and be situationally aware of surroundings as work-task may require. Driver's license preferred
