Mindful Cleaning Co. is looking for cleaners to join our team. Mindful Cleaning Co. services residential and commercial clients and offers employees a schedule that fits their needs! The ideal candidate will be hardworking, efficient, and loves to clean. Previous experience with cleaning residential and/or commercial properties is preferred but training is provided. Our Philosophy Create a warm & welcoming first impression Listen for how to meet client's needs Establish a personalized plan Adhere to meeting & exceeding expectations Noticeably transform a customer's space to reflect Mindful Cleaning Co.'s standard of service Responsibilities Routine cleaning: May include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning and organization, furniture, wall spot cleaning, blinds, and windows. Restroom cleaning: May include cleaning and sanitizing toilets and urinals, spot clean walls and partitions, sinks and countertops, mirrors, glass, stainless steel and sweeping and mopping of floors. Area cleaning: Responsible for vacuuming carpeted areas, dusting, sweeping and mopping of floors. Other duties, as required. Our Cleaning Technicians average $20 per hour and our top cleaners make over $30, not including TIPS or BONUSES! Uniforms are provided Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to get to and from client's homes/ business A background check is required Able to speak and read English Must have a smartphone Job Type: Contract/Full Time/Part Time Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Referral program Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Tips Application Question(s): Cleaning can be labor-intensive and well, sometimes dirty.
