Searching for reliable, skilled, and experienced 1099 independent contract individuals to provide accurate, impartial, and complete outdoor home and commercial property inspections. Our 1099 Field Inspectors are trained technicians with the capability to handle ladder assists, tarp installations, tarp removal and resets, and shrink wrap removal and installations. They inspect home exteriors, commercial property exteriors, inspect steep, high roofs, and assist Outside Insurance Adjusters and Engineers with amazing customer service. Ideal candidates include 1099 independent contractors with: A reliable truck A 28-foot or 32-foot extension ladder An operational laptop and smartphone Able to furnish liability and workers compensation insurance Desire to increase income A humble attitude Essential Functions and Duties: Climb all roofs, including two-story and steep roofs for commercial and residential structures Must be able to lift and maintain a 28-, 32- or 40-foot ladder above your head Perform accurate, impartial, and complete property inspections including but not limited to identification of roof age, leaks, deterioration, hail damage, wind damage, and previous repairs Travel daily within a 100-mile radius to perform scheduled inspections Maintain professional and safety standards required by Aiden Chase Claims and its clients Perform other duties as assigned Able to withstand outside weather for long periods of time
