Job Description CJ's Maid Ready Cleaning is hiring for full time professional cleaners. We are looking for 2 team leads with verifiable cleaning experience. This job is very demanding and requires a lot of bending, kneeling, reaching and scrubbing! We do move in/ move out cleans on vacant apartments, townhomes and houses. We also clean quite a few offices that require a lot of detailed work. This is a 1099 job. Job Requirements * Must have your own vehicle, you will be driving to and from different complexes * Initial supplies are lended with terms, will discuss in interview * Flexible; hours vary based on number of cleans * Must be able to lift 35 lbs * Attention to detail * Responsible for walking all units to make sure all tasks are completed * Ensure the crew has enough/all of the supplies for the days work * This is a Monday through Friday job * No nights or weekends Hours vary but can range from 8:30am to 6:00pm all depending on your crew! THE MORE YOU CARE, THE MORE YOU MAKE! Every clean is different and ranges in difficulty! Pay Cleans average about 2 hours per clean with a crew of three. As a team lead you will make $30 per clean.
