Inteleca is looking for an individual to fill the role of Facilities Maintenance Associate. This Associate will be focused on ensuring that Inteleca presents a highly professional Secondary Market product to its Clients. This role will start on a contract basis, but there is a possibility to convert to full-time (with benefits) after ~1 year. REQUIREMENTS Our ideal Facilities Maintenance Associate: Experience • Experience in warehouse procedures and best practices • Capability in understanding IT products and the values associated with those products • Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment • Ability to lift boxes and / or products of 50+ pounds Education • High-School Diploma or greater Skills • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Characteristics • Excellent communication skills • Cares about the details • Is a genuinely nice person with a sense of humor • Strives to win while still be a superb team player RESPONSIBILITIES • Complete Daily Checklist to ensure Clean work environment • Organize warehouse space & restock Order Fulfillment area daily • Assist in counting & sorting accessories inventory • Clean, sand, & paint products that have damages • Support Receiving team in pallet sorting & tear-down • Support Shipping team in order fulfillment • Interact with other departments including Business Development, Product Sales, IT, Finance, and Marketing to meet and deliver client requirements and expectations • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and availability • Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security • Thrive on a fluid and changing job responsibility while remaining organized, optimistic, and coachable
