Disabled Veteran needs Free Dental Care for 18 year old son

Single-Dad/Veteran new to the area. Are there ANY community-based programs that offer emergency Dental procedures for students in pain/no-income families at no-up-front-cost? No insurance, no budget at this time and my son has been SUFFERING/IN PAIN for 2 weeks. He needs either a root-canal or an extraction. Because of my VA-Benefits, we DO NOT qualify for Medicaid or any other medicare-type program. We also cannot get an approval for care-credit. Please advise if there are in services/programs that might be friendly to low-to-zero income/veteran families. Theo
