putting together a post-metal-metal band

I am an experienced drummer trying to bring together a post-metal-metal project. What is that? Not sure, but it should be original, and musically and technically interesting. I’m looking for other musicians who love metal and are interested in forging a new sound. The goal is to write awesome music and eventually play shows (hopefully by next summer). Practice would be 1-2 times per week (and as much as required on your own, obviously). I am 40, with no substance abuse issues, and an ego mostly in check. I am professional-minded and ready to get to work. Ideally, you are too (not 40, because I wouldn’t wish that on most people, but everything else, yes). I have a rehearsal space with recording capabilities in Wauwatosa. Hopefully you have some samples of previous/current work. Looking to put together a whole band, so I’m open to anyone who thinks they might be a good fit. Need everything: vocals, guitars, bass, whatever.
