Master the studio lighting techniques that will allow you to achieve any photography concept! Develop your craft and open up a new stream of revenue with studio photography. One of the significant advantages of studio photography is the ability to have full control of every single element in your production. Forget rainy day cancellations or scorching hot production days, shooting inside a studio makes it more comfortable for you and your clients to focus on the concept you are trying to achieve. In this 2-Day Photography Workshop, we will go over all the major (and minor) points of shooting inside a professional photo studio. We will go over important topics such as lighting set-ups, camera settings, as well as the implementation of all these new skills. This class will be taught inside a professional photography studio and using industry-standard equipment that can be found in any photography studio you will encounter in the future. Our goal with this class is to make sure you leave feeling prepared and confident to take on any photography opportunity that comes your way. You will learn all the skills that are necessary to produce beautiful images that will dazzle your audience. We look forward to your attendance! Day One- Theory/Practice On Day 1 we will discuss key concepts in lighting that are necessary in order to master the art of photography. These concepts include: Quality of lightDistance of lightPositioning of lightCamera SettingsUse of Light ModifiersLighting + Camera EffectsInverse Square Lawand moreDay Two- Hands On One Day 2 students will be placed in different teams and be asked to experiment with various lighting set-ups for different situations. We will set up various photography sets with models in order for you to practice the skills you learned in Day 1. Each photography set will require a totally different lighting set-up in order to achieve a specific look and feel. Every student will get a chance to rotate to each set. What To Bring: Students are encouraged to bring a notebook + pen or pencil to take notes. Pleasae bring your camera for both days of this workshop. He started as a full time photographer back in 2010. Most recently, Tatan Zuleta was named 'Best Fashion Photographer' at the 2017 Talent and Fashion Awards. Photographer, Retoucher and Educator, Tatan Zuleta is an Award Winner, and has been published in Vogue Magazine several times. He is also an Ambassador for Paul C. Buff Inc., one of the most prominent lighting brands for photographers in the US.
