Experienced Bass Player wanted for working Classic/Modern Rock Cover Band. We cover top Top-40 hits from late 1960s to 2000s. (No Metal or Jam Bands) Typically play 4-6 paid shows per month throughout Central PA. We have a practice space for occasional rehearsals. Looking for an equal member of the band. We play 70s-80s-90s Top-40 Rock (Eagles, Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, Bon Jovi, Fleetwood Mac, AC/DC), Modern Pop (Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Dua Lipa, Taylor Swift, Black Keys, White Stripes), Modern Country (Chris Stapleton, Miranda Lambert), Classic Rock (Dylan, Byrds, Kinks, Beatles, Who, Hendrix). The ideal bassist will have on-stage experience, good equipment and dependable transportation We are looking for someone who can play different styles on Bass and sing back up and even lead if desired. We can get gigs in State College, Altoona, Bedford, Lewistown, Lock Haven and Johnstown areas. Our members are in their mid 30s-mid 50s. If you want to play live music in front of audiences and dancers, this is a good opportunity. If interested, I would be happy to discuss band philosophy, songs, venues and pay with you.
