I feel like a total derp posting this but here goes: I was getting tattooed by an artist this past Saturday and so were you around noon. You had black hair and a black beard, you were on your phone a lot. Ugh totally wanted to ask you your name but didn't want to be a creep. Guess I'm a creep, lol. I have blonde hair and was wearing a black skirt and black T-shirt.
