Job details Qualifications • Ability to verbally communicate in English (Required) • US work authorization (Required) • Underground Mining Experience: 3 years (Minimum as described below) • Certifications a plus Miner Operator Meridiam Partners is looking to hire Continuous Miner Operators for a production role working in a mine in New Mexico. Operators should have additional experience operating roof bolters, shuttle cars, scoops and are experienced in all aspects of production mining. Operators will be required to operate all machines through the mining cycle. We are a growing company with substantial workload and require an experienced, versatile, and positive minded personnel, willing and able to maintain a safe working environment for our teammates and customers. Complete daily paperwork (i.e. daily equipment pre-operational reports, daily production pass-downs). Strong work ethic/team player attitude. Typical work shift is 12 hours per day Monday -- Friday. However, additional hours and/or Saturdays may be necessary. Per Diem paid for out of town work. Requirements: • Be at least 18 years of age. • Ability to travel to out of town work during week and/or weekends • Ability to lift 50+lbs • Ability to work in all weather. • Punctual and reliable. • Must be able to pass a drug and background check • Must have reliable transportation to work Eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of continuous employment Competitive Pay with Quarterly Bonus potential, Medical Insurance - Company Contributes!
