Wanted, small hypoallergenic dog

I am a retired nurse, first responder looking for an emotional support dog, I live alone and have no family, my friends have passed on. They want thousands of dollars for small pets like this and I can't afford that kind of money. Can pay a reasonable amount, the dog will have my full attention, I am home all the time, disabled. I can walk the dog with my electric wheelchair and did that with my girl who passed on from old age. I am also trying to improve my walking anyway and sometimes use a walker. I would prefer a female because if they have an accident, they don't lift their leg on the wall, it's on a pad. I just want a lap dog and a pet, I'm lonely without my girls. I used to have a maltese and a yorkie. Now, I can have only one, but even one, we can keep each other company and I can spoil her with toys and treats and love. I can take a mix also, toy poodle mix, maltapoo or yorkie poo, shitzu, maltese or some other mix that does not shed and just a small breed that doesn't weigh much. I could also make reasonable, good size payments. No scammers please, I won't give anyone money unless the dog is in my hands. So don't even try. Bring me the dog and I give you the money.
