Day Position Openings for 1 Full Time 36+ Hours and 1 Part Time 20 – 25 Hours Weekly Our Company Cares for Large Residential Apartment Buildings in Midtown Detroit. Our job is to Wipe Surfaces, Vacuum Halls, Stairwells, Mop Floors, Remove Trash, Clean Restrooms, Clean Windows, Clean Carpets. We are a small company with many large accounts. We are stable and have been in business since 2012 These positions are for employment, not a 1099 position. All taxes are paid and matched on employee’s behalf. We are looking for people Need Jobs and may to possibly want to grow with our company. The Position and Qualifications • Must have some understanding of commercial cleaning and janitorial work though you will be trained to use our cleaning methods • Must Pass a Background Check. We evaluate on individual basis. • Must Have Daily Reliable and Insured Transportation Candidates are often asked to move to different work location within a 3-mile radius and possibly move light equipment. • Must be Physically Fit and capable of lifting 35 pounds frequently, walk long distances for prolong periods of time, bend at the waist and knees, must be able to walk several flights of stairs. Must be able to be around dogs of various size that live in the buildings while cleaning. No Pet and Dust Allergies. • Must Be Professional This position is one where we interact with residents and management, all staff must be polite, respectful of property and always present a professional image. We have a mandatory, strictly enforced dress code. • Must be Able to Take Written and Oral Instructions. Take constructive criticism and sometimes redo work performed and maintain a good attitude. Pay Training Pay is $14.00, after the full 60-Day Training Period Full Time Employees Pay Increases to $15.00. Full Time is Entitled to a One-Week Paid Vacation After 1 Complete Year of Employment.
