Looking for experienced chef for a private estate during this holiday season - full service (breakfast/lunch/dinner) for December 29th to January 5th, $500 a day. Must have experience with Mediterranean, Japanese, Greek, Mexican and American cuisines. Must be comfortable with such tasks as; managing small team, create personalized menus, shop for ingredients, be personable with guests, keep kitchen tidy, and do it all with a smile!
