We're looking for an experienced Handy Man to provide maintenance repairs to occupied homes in the Kansas City Metro areas. Call/TEXT today if interested for quick phone interview! NEED Experience in General Contracting/ Handyman type repairs for residential properties including some or all of the following: * plumbing repairs * electrical repairs * Appliance repair/replacements/install * painting/drywall/float/TBT * flooring/carpentry/framing/LVP * fencing/Masonry *minor roofing repairs/leak assessments *Window repair/replacement * HVAC repairs (certification is required to repair units) Requirements: ** Must have own transportation & tools **Reliable and time management skills - 3-7 jobs a day to complete on average. **Can work independently with minimum supervision. **Communication skills are a MUST! *Professional & courteous customer service (these are occupied homes) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Experience: 1 Year (Preferred) **BONUSES AVAILABLE **DIRECT DEPOSIT **PAID WEEKLY
