Tile restoration service seeking quality worker for full-time employment. Part-time options are also available if needed for the right person. No previous tile or floor work experience required, but some type of hands-on work experience preferred. We provide training – you provide a good work ethic and desire to do quality work. Every day at work brings satisfaction with visible results for a job well done. We are a fast-growing company serving homes and businesses throughout the Triad. Work is Mon – Fri daytime – no night or weekend work required but available occasionally on voluntary basis. The work involves a lot of movement but is not overly strenuous or dirty. You'll learn a trade and develop craftsman-like skills without the negative work culture in many construction environments. Once trained and able to work independently, a company van will be provided. Starting pay for training is $15+ an hour depending on experience. After training, pay increases to $16 - 20 with options for growth with experience. Must be drug free and able to pass background check. Must have driver's license with an excellent driving record. Attention to detail is a requirement to succeed. Must be able to work well with a small team as well as independently.
