Compensation: $19 per hour or more potential starting wage with opportunity for growth depending on the applicant's ability to "think", follow company directives and systems, and applicant's ability to perform basic carpentry level work. Applicant must live within 35 minutes of our office. Employment type: full-time Monday through Friday After 6 months full time service 40 hour vacation after 1 year, 80 hour after 3 year Paid time off for attendance performance 6 paid holidays after 90 days Health Insurance Coverage partially paid after 60 days This full-time position provides the opportunity for stable work in an established, foam insulation locally owned business. We are looking for applicants who have experience in basic or entry level carpentry for repair and installation of drywall and various types of siding. We are looking for applicants who have the ability to normally work alone or with a helper with proven systems from start to finish. We work in Knox County and surrounding counties. We meet as a team of four and ride to the job together in a company truck. Applicants will be provided a company email address and must be able to send and receive text messages and emails via personal device. Applicants must be able to read and understand how to access documents on a portable device. This position rewards hard work and attention to detail, a good work ethic and good attendance. Applicant must have reliable transportation ( nor car pooling please). Company can supply all necessary tools for this position as part of compensation package. This position requires the ability to receive, deliver and handle small quantities of building materials. Applicant must have the ability to work from ladders and scaffolding, maneuver in tight places like crawl space and attic. This position requires higher than average mechanical skills and the willingness to follow directions of proven install systems. This position offers normal working hours 7 or 8 am to 4 or 5 pm Monday through Friday the entire year. All applicants are subject to a drug screening and background check.
