Part-time caretaker/Handyman needed for apartment building in Williamstown, Ma. Ideally suitable for a retired individual living in Williamstown or nearby. Approximately 20 hours per month. Duties include: 1. Maintain the grounds, such as lawn mowing, blow leaves, empty trash bins, tidying up the waterfront area. 2. Minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs, downed branches, frozen pipes 3. Ensure periodic maintenance is performed (mostly contracted out). 4. Replenish consumables (Firewood, light bulb, ice melt, grass seed …etc.) 5. Interact with Vendors (Electrician, Carpenter, Plumber, Pest Control …etc.) 6. Be available for service trips after working hours for additional pay (one or two per month)
