Marriott International is currently hiring over 100 new Entry Level Customer Service Representatives for their Omaha, NE Customer Call Center! Opportunity For Remote Location After 90 Days. Remote opportunity after a minimum of 90 days reporting to the office is dependent on meeting training, technology and remote office requirements; remote location must be within 50 miles of the center Join us as we will be conducting virtual interviews! The shift after required training will be 12:30PM to 9:00PM, including some weekends. COMPENSATION: $15 per hour plus bonus incentives (payout range between 2.5%-15%). JOB SUMMARY: Our Customer Service Representatives: · Handle incoming calls for a variety of Marriott hotels. · Assist customers with their reservations or questions through preferred channels including phone, email, and chat messages. · Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests.
