Apartment Maintenance performs maintenance and repairs to plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems at various properties in Milwaukee. We are looking for someone who is reliable, contentious, and driven. Other basic requirements are: Knowledge in maintenance and repair work including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical Ability to work independently on a team Capability to work at multiple locations in Milwaukee Area, reliable transportation & valid driver’s license Provide own set of basic hand tools Responsibility in maintaining company power equipment, and commercial machinery Able to lift 50 pounds Ability to maintain property grounds by clearing any debris or trash Responsible for snow and ice removal
