We are looking for someone to do odd jobs (we provide all equipment), Leaf Blowing, Fall Cleanup, Snow Shoveling, Snow Blowing, etc. Possibly a retiree, or someone looking for a small second income. This work would be done at a 6 unit apartment building in Athol, Mass. We are a small Rental Management Company that is getting ready to purchase a few properties in Athol and Orange. The current property needs this position filled immediately. As far as pay goes, I am very flexible. Whether it be by the job or hourly, I am sure we can come to a mutual agreement.
All we ask is for someone who is responsible and can work with no supervision.
