Common sense to end Ukranian war

Russia started the war because they had several concerns. The first is Russian civilians living in Ukraine. They had concerns about their safety. The solution to this is to relocate the people that support Russia to Russia. This serves two functions, one is it removes dissentients from Ukranian soil and the refugees will be safe in a country they prefer. Russia may have the right to protect their citizens but not to annex another countries land. The second was they did not want NATO next to their border. This will be a concession on Ukraines part. Ukraine needs security so Russia does not invade in a few more years. Ukraine can make a special agreement with NATO so that they can join but no NATO troops, nuclear weapons or offensive missiles will be installed in Ukraine. Russia will agree not to invade again (good luck with that one). Concerning the deaths and damage caused by the war in Ukraine. Ukraine and the United Nations will not pursue war crimes against Russia or its soldiers and all sanctions will be lifted except for items that can be used in the Russian military. In return for these concessions Russia will wave their rights to all seized assets so they can be used to rebuild the war damages and compensation for Ukrainian deaths. If the assets are not enough to pay for the damages and compensation then Russia will pay the remaining money from their energy sector. It will be based on profits, the base cost to break even is around $45.00 per barrel. Anything above the break even point will be 50% to Russia and 50% to Ukraine until balance is paid. Ukrainian borders will be restored to prior 2014. Russian concerns are taken care of, Ukraine is restored and Pitin can save face in that Russians are safe and stopped NATO from entering Ukraine.
