62 retired w/m looking for a private room. 42 yrs experience in home approvement. Can mange properly for low rent. Lost everything when my wife passed. And trying to make a new start. But only have a low fixed income. I have tools and working on getting a vehicle. Can do all home repairs. But only small electric and plumbing. Anything else is a plus. Willing to relocate if needed
