Hello! I have a fully furnished ceramic studio and am looking to open it to share with one other person. Currently it is myself, (www.episode.nyc) and two other part time ceramicists. I am in the studio full time usually mon-fri normal work hours, mostly am here alone seeing the others who work here once or twice a week. The building is 24hr access, full of mixed professionals, such as bakers, photographers, florists, architects, carpenters and metalworkers. It has an elevator, private bathroom, and is in a great part of Clinton Hill close to Blick and all of Myrtle Ave. Furnishings and equipment include: 2 kilns! Soon to be 3. - Bailey 1627 3pk - Skutt 1231 3pk Both are true cone 10. - Bailey Slab Roller - Spray Booth - Glaze mixing and materials - Shimpo whisper wheel It’s low key but we are both very professional so looking for a good fit. Someone who is serious but also not crazy production mode busy busy. (2) 8ft x 2ft x 2ft shelf is $600 / month Cheap firing fees base on temp, ramp, size, etc that I can send if interested.
