Candidates will need to have skill set for all or some remodeling specialties (carpentry, masonry, drywall, painting, roofing, hardscape, landscapes, etc). We will trainee the right candidate if missing all or some of the skill sets, and the better your experience and abilities, a higher starting hourly rate. We do property development and remodeling, and we need one person who is motivated, a self-starters, and who can take basic direction and complete work without supervision. This is a solid position... We want only career minded workers who want to learn and be able to do all remodeling, maintenance and repairs for any property. Skillset: Demo / Clean-up / Carpentry / Drywall / Paint / Masonry / Basic Knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing, since we have licensed contractor for these two specialties! No Experienced without Tools: $14 per hour to 16 per hour Experienced without Tools: $18 to $20 per hour Experienced with Tools: $22 to $25 per hour * Text or email preferred, so no calls...!
