Full Time Hourly employee needed as a Property Preservation Tech in the Adams and York County area. ABT Construction performs property maintenance for bank foreclosure properties which consists of a wide variety of jobs and skills. Criteria needed: *Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs *Hours are four 10 hr days: Monday-Thursday OR three 12 hr days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm *Motivated and works well alone *Must have a smartphone *Must have a valid and clean license *Must be able to pass a background check WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANIDATE Payrate: $13-$18 an hour depending on knowledge and efficiency This is a fast-paced environment with additional work available.
