MUST LIVE IN SANFORD MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE MUST RESPOND WITH PHONE NUMBER Owner operator company preferred with WC Exemption. We are a property management company that has 3 properties in Sanford. We need weekly trash cleaning and blowing. We can provide you with tools but they are simple: -Trash can -Trash pick up -Blower - Shovel and rack These are busy properties and need to be swept and cleaned 2 times per week. We are looking to pay someone a flat rate todo the properties twice in the range of 20/hr.
