We are a parking lot sweeping/maintenance company looking for a day porter/maintenance technician at our Lansing Square location. The ideal candidate would be detailed oriented, able to lift 25+ lbs and efficient. The day porters responsibilities include but are not limited to: emptying and relining trash cans, blowing sidewalks with a gas powered blower, sweep up lot with dust pan and broom, report any damage/disturbances at the property, allow access to contractors when needed. Provide daily photos for time management. This position starts at $13.50 per hour with room for advancement. Full time position Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm.
