This job is the management and continued maintaining of 4 properties in the King of Prussia area, including a beautiful historic home, a gallery/frame shop, a home under active construction on a 4 acre arboretum, and a 4 acre plot of land currently for sale. It includes the management of contracting teams, landscapers, realtors, and being the intermediary between these teams, the township, and the owner of these properties.
Some driving is required to assist in the ordering and pickup of materials.
Candidate must be:
- organized
- promptly responsive to emails and phone calls
- fluid in accomplishing tasks with continuously shifting priorities
- cool headed and rational in proposing solutions to potential issues
- able to maintain relationships with machine rental, construction, and landscape supply businesses
- willing to learn and and have the confidence to take on new and challenging tasks
Spanish speaker a plus. Part-time with opportunity for full-time work.
