THIS WILL BE ONLINE SEE BELOW: PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD **You must live in Massachusetts to participate in this group** Normally, as some of you who have participated with us before know, we get together in a hotel conference room to hear a real legal case presented, and we gather your feedback, and pay you the same day. Due to the coronavirus outbreak and subsequent ordering by the state to avoid gatherings, we will be moving our Focus Groups online for the immediate future. Total Trial Solutions is a company based in Kingston, NY that provides support to law firms, and we are looking for people who are interested in participating in an online Focus Group. The jury research sessions (Focus Group) will take place online over Zoom Meeting App on Thursday, November 10th, 2022. Participating in a jury research project provides an exciting opportunity to make money while engaging with interesting legal cases. The session lasts approximately 4 hours. The session will take place from 11 am to 3 pm. To participate in this session, you will need: -A Computer, Laptop, or Tablet (sorry no smart phones) with a webcam, microphone, and stable internet. -To call into the meeting from your home or apartment. You may not participate in the group from ANY public location. Additionally, no one else may be in the room with you. -To join a 5-minute tech-check zoom meeting in the evening the day before the group to ensure smooth operation of the group the next day. This meeting will be recorded. This is for our research purposes only; it will not be redistributed to anyone outside our company. Because this is a real legal case, if you are selected for the group, you will be emailed a confidentiality agreement detailing this and to not discuss this case outside of the Focus Group. If you have not participated with us before, you will be required to provide photo ID or a utility bill to verify your identity and place of residence. Compensation for a session is $80, which is normally handed out by check at the end of the session. Because this will be impossible due to the online nature of this Focus Group, we will instead be mailing the checks out once the meeting is completed. If you are selected for the group, I will ask you for an address to mail the check to. We also are capable of making payments through PayPal. Do not provide you address or payment information until selection. We are actively recruiting, so expect a call from our recruiter sometime after you submit your application to this ad.
