Description
Two Silverbrick properties located in Springfield, MA are looking for a motivated Porter/Janitorial Maintenance person to join our team of professionals!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Primary duty is trash removal.
-Keeping the office, bathrooms, building lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and common areas clean and reporting any issues they may see
-Emptying trash in hallway trash rooms, common areas, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and offices
-Cleaning of turnover units
-Light landscaping work as necessary
-Non-skilled labor to support the maintenance staff, such as delivery of project materials and minor maintenance repairs
-Must report to work on time and in a clear-headed state of mind, ready and able to perform job responsibilities
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check
-Hours are Monday- Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 1:30 p.m; Saturday 8:00am - 3:00p.m
Position is split hours each day between Silverbrick Lofts and Silverbrick Square.
