Hands-on Maintenance Technician needed for office condo complex. Must be organized, self-motivated, dependable, and have initiative.
SCOPE OF DUTIES
Will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds. The individual must have proven proficiency with basic carpentry, plumbing and HVAC work.
Must have a valid driver's license and be available for on-call.
Position Responsibilities:
· Clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds
· Groundskeeping, assisting landscapers as needed
· Miscellaneous carpentry repairs
· Appliance repairs
· Repair or replace plumbing fixtures
· Change locks as needed
· Maintain inventory of supplies and records
· Maintain maintenance log of monthly mechanical checks
Job Type: Part Time 15-20 hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday
$16-$18/hour
