Found graduation ring

Reposting again. I found this ring a few years ago. It says graduation year 2013. Must describe the ring so I can make sure it gets back to the owner. I found it in the parking lot at the Walmart in Virginia Beach about 3 years ago and I would love to get it back to the owner. Must tell me the school mascot name on the ring.
