Immediate opening for a young handyman to do odd jobs

Hi My partner and I are looking for some one to do odd jobs around the house maybe some one that need some extra cash from time to time when we need something done. We currently need some one to clean the front gutter of a 1 level ranch home about 60 feet, and also if you have minor electrical and carpentry skills that would be great, we would discuss the other projects when the gutter is done. please state your hourly rate and your age please. Need someone to finish a wall in the basement like sand mud paint. and install some trim in the basement bedroom apartment, install a ceiling fan atop of the steps to the basement, install a light above the work bench in the garage, install a corner shelve in the master bedroom.Install a light in the attic,and install 4 small cabinet doors at the foot of the basement steps.
